I respect your privacy. This page explains what personal data I collect through the site, why, how long I keep it and what your rights are.

Who I am

Your data is processed by Anca Ioana Prisacaru (Chef Anca), a private individual. You can reach me at any time at contact@drumulsprefarfurie.ro or +40 799 636 890.

What data I collect

• Quote form: your name, email, phone and the event details (date, occasion, number of guests, venue, budget, allergies or dietary needs, your message).
• Course sign-ups and voucher orders: your name, email, phone, the number of people or vouchers, the name of the voucher recipient and your message.
• Customer account (optional): your name, email, phone and password (stored encrypted).
• Course announcements (optional): your email address.

Information about allergies and dietary needs is used only to prepare a safe menu for you and your guests.

Why I use it

• to reply and send you a quote (steps before a contract);
• to organise the course or voucher you ordered and send you the payment details (performance of a contract);
• to send you announcements about new courses, only if you asked for them (consent, which you can withdraw at any time);
• to meet legal obligations, such as tax rules.

I do not sell or rent your data and I do not use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

• quote requests: at most 2 years after our last contact;
• orders and sign-ups: as long as required by law;
• customer accounts: until you ask me to delete yours;
• email address for announcements: until you unsubscribe (link in every email).

Who else has access

The data is stored on the server hosting this site and emails are sent through the email service of the drumulsprefarfurie.ro domain. Payment is by bank transfer, so your bank and mine see the transfer details. I do not use advertising or tracking services.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie keeps you logged in to your account, if you create one, and is needed for the account to work.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent. For any of these, write to me at contact@drumulsprefarfurie.ro. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
