Terms for courses and vouchers

These terms apply to course sign-ups and gift voucher orders placed on drumulsprefarfurie.ro. Courses and vouchers are offered by Anca Ioana Prisacaru (Chef Anca), a private individual.

Your order

After you send the form, you receive an order code and the payment details by email. Your place on the course or your voucher is confirmed once I receive the payment, or the deposit if the course has one.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer, in lei, to the account given in the email. Please add the order code to the payment reference. If the payment does not arrive within 3 working days, the place may be offered to someone else.

Courses

• If you cancel at least 7 days before the course, I refund the full amount paid.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before, the deposit is not refunded, but you can send someone in your place or move to a future course.
• If I cancel or postpone the course, I refund the full amount paid or, if you prefer, move you to the new date.
• Please tell me in advance about any allergy or dietary need.

Gift vouchers

• The voucher is valid for the period shown when ordering. We set the date of the experience together, depending on availability.
• The voucher can be given to anyone but cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If you cancel the order before I send the voucher, I refund the full amount paid.
